Specification For FRP Roofing Sheets
  • Corrugations: Available as per requirements
  • Length: 1.00 mtr and above as per customer requirement.
  • Width: Standard as per different corrugation type.
  • Thickness: 1.0 mm and above with increment of 0.5mm. Allowable tolerance +/-10%.
  • Colours: Clear Translucent, Green, Blue, Milky White and Opaque colours
  • Textures: Crinkle Glass Effect, Decorative cloth embedded and other special designs.

  • Punch Shear Test (on longitudinal test pieces):
    • Diameter of Punch: 12.7mm
    • Breaking Load (average of five tests): 196kg
    • Shearing Stress (average of five tests): 1286 kg/cm²
  • Impact Strength (edgewise): 69.6 kg·cm (Izod type machine, specimen ½"x½")
  • Transverse Strength: 240 lbs (ASTM D-1502-60, span of 24", load at quarter points)
