About Rawji Exports
Over 60 Years of Manufacturing Experience
Rawji Exports started FRP manufacturing operations in 1962, at a time when Fiber Reinforced Plastic was still a new material category in Indian industrial manufacturing. Over six decades, the company has grown from a single product line into a full range of composite solutions for infrastructure, municipal and commercial projects.
That history matters in practice, not just as a founding date — decades of production runs mean the moulding processes, material ratios and quality checks used today have been refined through real project feedback, not just factory specifications on paper.

Industrial FRP Products Manufacturer in India
Rawji Exports manufactures seven FRP product lines — doors, roofing sheets, gratings, manhole covers, portable cabins, security cabins and toilet cabins — each built to project-specific sizing and load requirements for infrastructure, municipal and commercial use across India.
How Our FRP Products Are Manufactured
Every product starts with a resin-and-fiberglass mix moulded under controlled pressure and temperature, which is what gives FRP its combination of light weight and high mechanical strength compared to solid metal or timber. Wall thickness, resin ratio and reinforcement layering are adjusted per product — a roofing sheet needs different flex properties than a load-bearing manhole cover, so the two are never built to the same spec.
Quality checks happen at three stages: raw material inspection before moulding, dimensional checks during production, and a final load or finish inspection before dispatch. This is also where custom orders get handled — door sizes and frame profiles, grating load ratings, manhole cover ton classes — so a project gets a product built for its actual site conditions, not a generic catalogue size forced to fit.
Industries and Projects We Supply
Municipal and government infrastructure projects use our manhole covers and gratings for drainage, sewerage and utility access points, where theft-resistance and corrosion resistance matter more than in most commercial settings. Industrial facilities — chemical plants, warehouses and factories — rely on our doors, gratings and roofing sheets for areas with chemical exposure or constant moisture.
Construction Sites & Commercial Developments
Construction sites use our metal porta cabins, security cabins and toilet cabins as temporary site infrastructure that can be relocated once a project finishes. Residential and commercial developers specify our bathroom doors and roofing sheets for the same reason municipal buyers choose our manhole covers — lower long-term maintenance than the material they'd otherwise use.
